Privacy policy

Thanks for visiting. This website uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Here is what data is still processed and why. The German version is legally binding.

1. Controller

Freudenberg, Kalina, Volk, Wagenführer And Friends GbR, Berliner Str. 72A, 13189 Berlin, Germany
Email: book-th@friendly-band.de

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf. Whenever a page is requested, the host processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is stored only briefly. The servers are located in Germany, and we have a data processing agreement with the host (Art. 28 GDPR).

3. Enquiry form and email

If you contact us via the form or by email, we process your details (e.g. name, email, phone, date and place of your event) to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form is processed on our own web space and sent by email to our mailbox with the same host; no external form service is involved. To prevent spam, your IP address is stored for no more than one hour, not in plain text but only as an irreversible hash. We delete the data once it is no longer needed, at the latest when statutory retention periods expire.

4. Videos and music from YouTube and SoundCloud

Videos and audio are only embedded once you click “load”. Only then does your browser connect to YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) or SoundCloud (SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Germany), which receive your IP address among other data. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). If you choose “Always load external content”, we store this choice in your browser’s local storage. You can withdraw it at any time via “Reset external content” at the bottom of every page.

5. Instagram

We only link to Instagram. No data is transferred unless you follow the link.

6. Concert dates

We maintain our dates in a Google spreadsheet. Our server fetches it itself and displays it on the site. Your browser does not connect to Google, and no data about you is sent to Google.

7. Fonts

Our font is hosted on our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other providers.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and you can withdraw consent at any time. Just write to book-th@friendly-band.de. Besides contacting us, you are of course always welcome to contact the competent data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
